Mother's Day Revisted

Well, here I am the last day of vacation before we head home and I miss my mom all over again. We had a great time and were sooo busy I feel like I need to rest just from this vacation.

Since this is my last day here I thought I would share the card I made for my mom for this past Mother's Day. I didn't take a picture of it before I sent it to her, but she still had it out so I took a picture of it now!

I used Wild Card Cricut cartridge for all the cuts, and then I distressed it all with Ranger Distress Ink - although I can't remember which color I used. I cut the matching scalloped envelope, but my mom didn't have that anymore so I couldn't get a picture of it. The cardstock was just some 8 1/2 x 11 paper I have had for a long time and was trying to use up.

We hit the road early in the morning so I better get some packing done! I am sad to leave, but I am thrilled to get back to all my scrapping stuff! I have a bunch of ideas that I can't wait to get started on.

  3. I know I can be in some kind of time warp staying home with my boys, but I promise you I'm not that bad! ;) This was actually a card I made for my mom this past May and I sent it to her for Mother's Day. It was before I started blogging so I didn't think about taking a picture of it. When I saw it on my mom's fridge I thought I would take a picture of it then and share it since I didn't have a lot of stuff with me at my mom's!
